- Padventures Market (“the platform”) only lists offers between players and keeps the offered in-game goods in custody. Padventures is not a party to any sale.
- Padventures does not sell, buy, price, process, receive or hold real money, and takes no fee or share of any transaction.
- Payments happen outside the platform, directly between buyer and seller, at their own risk. Payment problems, chargebacks, fraud and money disputes are theirs to solve; Padventures does not refund or compensate any loss.
- Custody guarantee: goods deposited in custody are delivered exactly as shown to the buyer's chosen character once the seller confirms the payment, or returned to the seller when the offer ends without a sale. That is the only guarantee the platform gives.
- Only pokémon, tradeable items and cash (minimum 1kk) can be traded. Characters, accounts, services and cross-world trades are not allowed.
- Padventures will intervene when it believes goods are stolen, duplicated, hacked or otherwise obtained fraudulently: it may freeze offers and deals, confiscate or return goods, and sanction the accounts involved in game and on this platform.
- If the seller does not confirm within the deadline after the buyer declares the payment, the deal goes to staff review and the goods stay frozen until staff decides. Staff decisions use the evidence both parties provide and are final on the platform.
- You must be 18 or older. You are responsible for complying with the laws and payment rules of your country.
- Two-factor authentication is required to publish, reserve, message and confirm. Keep your recovery codes safe; staff will never ask for them.
- Listings must not contain links, contact details or payment requests; such text is neutralized and may lead to sanctions.
- Reputation comes only from deals completed through custody. Manipulating reputation (alt accounts, shared networks) leads to sanctions.
- These terms can change; a new version must be accepted before trading again.
